Corporate Membership
Texas Municipal Courts Association welcomes corporations with similar business interests to join the Association as a corporate member. Together, we can build products and services to assist municipal court personnel with managing case loads with ease, professionalism and security.

- Applications must be approved by the Association's Board of Directors.
- Applications must include the name and contact information for ONE corporate representative.
- Annual dues are set by the Association's Board of Directors.
- Renewal notices will be emailed to the name and address on the application.
- Reduced advertising costs in the TMCA publication THE RECORDER "Member Edition"
- Reduced rates for promotional table at TMCA training and conferences
- Prestige of being able to claim affiliation with TMCA
- Access to member names and court address
- A "voice" with the legislature through our legislative liason
- Announcement by the training host at training and conferences of your membership
- Prestige of being denoted as a charter corporate member
- Corporate members do not have the right to vote, serve on a committee or hold office.
- Membership does not constitute the Association's endorsement of their product or service, and members may not state or imply such.
- Corporate Members may not use the Association's logon on their advertising materials.
- Any violation, or appearance of violation,, will result in revocation of the Corporate Membership by the Association's Board of Directors.
